My Morning Prayer: A Battle Proclamation
-Roy Lessin, Meeting in the Meadow
Lord, the battle is Yours.
You are the final word in every conflict, and conquer every foe.
You can deliver with many or with few, flatten a walled stronghold or break the fetters off those who are bound.
You are almighty, no one is stronger; You sit upon
heaven’s throne, no one is higher; You know all things, no one is wiser.
You know exactly what to do —when You move no one can stop You; when you
speak no one can silence You; when You use Your two-edged sword no one can
disarm You.
I am covered in Your mercies, clothed in Your righteousness, dressed in Your armor. I gird myself with Your truth, and abide under the shelter of Your wings.

You are my dwelling place, I am at rest;
You are my hiding place, I am secure;
You are my fortress, I am safe;
You are my tower, I am sheltered;
You are my shield, I am protected.
